An incredible genuine 1840s mahogany extending dining table
that comfortably seats 4 - 16 people.

Overall it is in very good used condition as it was apparently fully restored
about 25 years ago and its obviously been well loved and looked after.

This huge table has 6 removable leaves in it that are supported at each end
by a pair of legs. These legs fold underneath when removing the six leaves
to make it into a small four seater table which I have totally forgotten to show
in the photographs unfortunately but can be viewed here in person.

Without the extensions this table measures 127cm x 103cm.
With all six extensions it measures 127cm x 433cm.
Each of the six extensions measures 127cm x 55cm and of course
you can have as many or as few of them in at one time as required.

The table top has the odd minor mark but nothing serious.
The glorious classic William IV base has mainly minor joint separation
to the flame mahogany veneers decorating it - mainly where the curved
'feet' supports join to the main central pedestal. The camera flash shows
it up far worse than in reality - one small section is wider than the others
(see photos) but its not that bad and could easily be tidied up by a
competent restorer if so desired for not a lot of money.
But honestly you only notice these peculiarities if you get on the ground on all fours
and stick your head underneath the table so personally I wouldn't worry about it.
It's a stunner just the way it is.

In the photos we have two separate sets of chairs around it
to show off its huge seating capability (priced separately).

If you are in the market for a table of this size you would
be hard pressed to find another as stunning as this one.
