DESCRIPTION

Early Victorian open compote dessert flint
glass on inverted teared hollow baluster stem.
Decorated with an enlongated vertical and
horizontal thumb print design.
The foot is an irregular shape and shows the
scratches you would expect to see on the bottom
of a used glass vessel that is around 180 years old.

It stands 13.5cm high (5 2/8 inches) and
12.3cm wide (4 6/8 inches)
